Any products purchased at Rejay's Farm/ Beehive Barn Store, Cranbury, NJ can be exchanged or be provided a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required). Products purchased at Rejay's Farm/ Beehive Barn Store location must be returned to the Rejay's Farm/ Beehive Barn Store where they were purchased from.
Online sales:
All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased online from www.RejaysFarm.com, please follow these instructions:
For registered online customers the process to request a refund is simple: log in visit your account page and look at the order details (order number, order email, and billing zip code). Once you have this information, (Unregistered online customers must provide the same order details (order number, order email, and billing zip code ) then send an email to Returns@RejaysFarm.com.
Proof of purchase is required, and the 30-day guarantee begins on the date of purchase. Buyer pays for return postage. A refund will be issued which excludes shipping fees if returned postage is not paid by buyer.
